Watch Daniel Radcliffe as “Weird Al” Yankovic in this biography trailer

Daniel Radcliffe may be best known for his role as Harry Potter, but now fans can see him playing another cult role: “Stranger” Yankovic.

The trailer for “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story,” a new biopic about the comedian, was dropped on Tuesday.

“What can I say, I’m full of surprises,” he says, complete with clear-rimmed glasses straight from the ’80s.

The film was first announced in January, and was written by Jankovi? and Eric Abel. In a statement at the time, Jankovi? said he was “extremely happy” about Radcliffe’s selection.

“I have absolutely no doubt that this is the role future generations will remember for it,” he said.

The movie is set to be shown on Roku this year.

According to a press release, the film “is holding nothing back, and explores every aspect of Jankovi? Lifestyle. ”
