Hogs for Hospice, Southern Ontario’s only three-day motorcycle rally, has announced the music headliner for its 2017 festival. One of the most successful Canadian bands of the post-grunge era, Our Lady Peace, will hit the stage at the Seacliff Park Amphitheatre in Leamington on Saturday August 5.

Headed by superstar lead vocalist Raine Maida since its formation, Our Lady Peace also consists of Duncan Coutts on bass, Steve Mazur as lead guitarist, and Jason Pierce on drums. The band has sold millions of albums worldwide, won four Juno Awards and 10 MuchMusic Video Awards. Our Lady Peace is still considered one of Canada’s most popular bands and one of the few Canadian rock acts to achieve success in both the 1990s and 2000s.

Friday night will kick off with a bang as Seacliff Park concert area hosts Hairball—The Band. Hairball is a band with six members, three musicians and a more than two-hour experience for fans of 1980s hair rock and metal. Three vocalists pay homage to some of the biggest arena acts, including Van Halen, KISS, Motley Crue, Queen, Journey and Aerosmith.

Hogs for Hospice is a sanctioned event under the Leamington District Memorial Hospital Foundation and is a community-led event to support Hospice and Healthcare initiatives in our community. This exciting 3-day long motorcycle rally in Leamington includes a variety of different activities tailored to the motorcycle community, families, and riders’ and non-riders’ alike.

Tickets for Our Lady Peace are $25 in advance and $30 at the door, with Hairball tickets priced at $15. www.hogsforhospice.com
