McKenzie Scott marries Don Juvet, a school teacher

(CNN Business) – McKenzie Scott, one of the world’s richest men, has remarried after a 2019 divorce from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

Seattle author Dan Juved acknowledged his marriage to Scott this weekend on the couple’s website at a charity called Giving Pledge, which encourages the world’s richest people to donate most of their wealth to charities.

“I married someone very generous and kind I knew, and I joined her in her commitment to sending huge financial fortunes to serve others,” Juvet wrote. “I look forward to growing and learning as part of this organization with McKenzie.”

The Wall Street Journal first reported on the wedding on Sunday. Her Amazon bio also states that Scott “lives in Seattle with her four children and her husband Dan”.

The marriage comes after Scott and Bezos divorced after 25 years of marriage. The divorce deal made her One of the richest people on earthForbes now holds $ 53 billion in assets after acquiring a quarter of Bezos’ stake in Amazon.
